Village Character

In Titahi Bay we value the diversity of people, lifestyles and housing that make up our community. We want to retain and enhance essential features of the natural environment, including the beach, coast, harbour, open spaces and expansive views. High rise building and greater density of dwellings are opposed. Local retail, trade and light industry are welcome in the Bay. We value the existing range of recreational and cultural facilities and would like them expanded in some areas. Safety, in all its aspects, is strongly desired.
